TRIPLE – O CONFERENCE
The 4th state conference of Triple ‘O Kerala chapter was held on November 25th,26th and 27th 2021 on a virtual platform hosted by the Azeezia College Of Dental Sciences, Meyannoor, Kollam. This three day conference was jointly organized by the departments of Oral Medicine and radiology, Oral and maxillofacial pathology & Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery on a theme of “SALIVARY GLAND DISEASES – Integrated multidisciplinary approach”. Around 548 registrations including UG, PG and faculty were received from various colleges across India. On First Day, virtual inaugural ceremony and paper presentations of UG, PG and Faculty sessions were Conducted. On 2nd day Key note lectures in various topics covering all three subjects by eminent guest Speakers from medical and dental fraternity and chaired by moderators were conducted. On 3rd day keynote lectures and valedictory function were conducted. Prizes for 1st,2nd and 3rd positions for paper presentations in UG, Pg and Faculty session in all three subjects were announced along with special prizes for original research papers. Organizing Chairman-Dr Joseph Edward( Professor and HOD , Department of Oral &maxillofacial surgery), Organizing Secretary – Dr Rathy R (Professor and HOD,Department of Oral &maxillofacial pathology), Co-Organising Secretary and Hon: Treasurer, Dr M S Deepa, (Professor and HOD , Department of Oral medicine & Radiology) had tirelessly contributed towards successful completion of conference. Advisory committee consisted of Dr Radhakrishnan Nair, Principal, Azeezia College of Dental Sciences and Dr Nandakumar, Dean , Azeezia College of Dental Sciences.
