This year’s theme was “Yoga for Women Empowerment.” This year it focuses on women’s mental, physical, and spiritual health. It shows how yoga is incorporated into the daily life of a woman. From waking up in the early hours of sunrise to closing their eyes to the late rays of the moonlight, women are considered as functioning wheels of our society. So, in honour of our women in society, this year’s Yoga Day is dedicated to women’s health.
