University institute of technology hosted an oral cancer awareness programme along with National Science Day celebration in the the campus. The programme was inaugurated by Sri Chittayam Gopakumar, MLA Adoor. Awareness class on the effects of tobacco was taken by Dr jayanthi, Professor Dept of oral pathology. Dept of Public health dentistry conducted a dental exhibition for the students.
