REPORT OF CAMP AT ADOPTED VILLAGE
The Department of Public Health Dentistry, Azeezia College of Dental Science and research and NSS unit (NSS/SFU/KLM/KUHS/3) organized a dental camp in Adopted Village (Velichikala,Kollam ) at Thoovalsparsham Kids School on August 3rd2024.The oral screening camp was conducted from 10:00am to 11:30am.
It was started with a welcome speech by the Principal of Thoovalsparsham kids school, followed by the oral screening camp which was conducted by 6 House surgeons and 1 staff for students from play school to standard UKG.A total of 33 students undergone oral screening. Out of 33, 8 students had restoration and 2 students had oral prophylaxis. They were referred to Azeezia dental college for further treatment.
The dental screening camp was concluded with the vote of thanks by the PTA President of Thoovalsparsham kids school.
