Seminar on ‘De-stress & Re-energise’ was conducted on 31.01.2020 at Hall No. I Azeezia College of Dental Sciences & Research, Kollam . The resource person was Dr. Anoop Lal, M.D, Director & Chief Consultant, centre for Preventive Health Thiruvananthapuram. Director, Dr. Midhulaj Azeez, Azeezia College of Dental Sciences and Research , inaugurated the seminar and presented memento to Dr.Anoop Lal. Principal Dr.Radhakrishnan Nair addressed the gathering. The resource person was introduced by Vice Principal Dr.R.Rathy. The seminar was attended by the 100 undergraduate students.
